The claims procedure is as follows:

• DJA will submit the claim to the Insurers.
• We will then confirm with you all deductibles, payables and outstanding premiums.
• We will provide you with the assessor's particulars (if required).
• We will monitor the claim process, update you on your claim status and assist with any queries or problems you may experience.
