Aircraft Assessing Company (AAC) provides a range of technical services to aircraft owners, buyers and sellers of aircraft, financiers and the like. These services include pre-purchase inspections, pre-, mid- and post-lease assessments of aircraft, sworn valuations, management of repossessed aircraft, sourcing aircraft and aircraft equipment, maintenance record audits, logbook verification, maintenance cost review and so on.
Purchasers of an aircraft need to know they are buying what they think they are
buying, whilst banks need to know that the aircraft they are possibly being
asked to invest in is indeed what it is purported to be. The Aircraft
Assessing Company will carry out an in-depth technical inspection on an aircraft
to one of 5 predetermined levels. The various levels represent the depth to
which the customer wishes to identify the condition of the aircraft. There are a
number of different motivations as to why an inspection should be undertaken and
therefore, the depth of the inspection may vary too.
